About me

Tayo Richards leads PMO2DAY, delivering outcomes through a global network of trusted specialists focused on excellence, delivery strength, and measurable impact.

I've spent the last decade running change inside some of the largest organisations in the UK — Unilever, British Council, Transport for London, Ocado, DP World, and BSI.

The work was rarely about introducing the system or redesigning the structure. It was about whether the organisation could actually absorb what was changing — whether the processes were stable, the data was usable, the people were ready, the governance held, the technology fit, and the change capacity hadn't already been spent.

The same questions matter just as much for a 30-person business introducing a new CRM, or a charity adopting AI tools for the first time.

The principles don't scale down — they apply at any size. What scales down is the apparatus. PMO2DAY exists to do that translation.

I'm a senior practitioner with no partner mark-up and no layered delivery team. The person who scopes the work delivers it. That changes things — engagements are scoped to the work that needs doing, not to fill a retainer. Pricing is for the organisation being served, not the consultancy doing the serving. And the discipline I bring — the structure, the governance, the human side of change — comes from inside organisations that pay heavily for it, applied directly where it's most needed and least available.

Career background

Ten years across change management, PMO/TMO, and transformation delivery, including

Most transformations don't fail in the design. They fail in the gap between what was planned and what an organisation can actually carry.

My job is to close that gap — honestly, with senior judgement, and without dressing it up.
